Rashonda Martin: Founder
President Rashonda Martin is a philanthropic entrepreneur, entertainment producer, and community advocate dedicated to empowering youth and families through arts-integrated education, mentorship, and creative engagement.
With a background in business management, youth mentorship, event production, and community outreach, she leads innovative programs that inspire confidence, leadership, literacy, creativity, and college and career readiness.
Through C.R.A.F.T.S. Foundation’s whole-child approach to STEAM enrichment and social-emotional development, Rashonda is passionate about creating impactful experiences that uplift students academically, emotionally, and creatively while strengthening community and family connections.
Wesley Flowers: Co-founder
Mr. Wesley Flowers is a Fresno native who understood that he would be an educator while attending Edison High School. Earning his college education as a scholarship football player and a grad-assistant at San Jose State University. Bringing home a bachelor and master's degree to give back to his community. Serving as a teacher/instructor, counselor, principal and dual enrollment consultant in the greater Fresno area. His talents, skills and experience inspires students, parents and colleagues.
