CRAFTS Future Leaders: Building Leaders of Tomorrow

Empowering students through leadership development, mentorship, community service, and college & career readiness experiences.

About The Program

Our purpose is to empower high school students to become confident leaders, positive role models, and mentors for younger youth in their community. Through the CRAFTS Future Leaders Mentor Program, students gain hands-on experience while strengthening their leadership, communication, teamwork, and community service skills.

By serving as mentors, students have the opportunity to lead by example, encourage younger youth, and recognize the positive impact they can have on others. The program creates a cycle of encouragement, empowerment, and peer leadership that supports the personal growth of our students while strengthening the community as a whole.
